William Kipling "Kip" Sinclair

Norman Park, Georgia – William Kipling “Kip” Sinclair, 62, of Norman Park, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 11, 2025, with the Reverend Michael Baer officiating. Private family interment will be at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Moultrie.

The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 until 1:45 PM, Friday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Honorary casketbearers will be his nieces and nephews, Jeff Hilton, Jody Hilton, Greg Hilton, Caleb English, Brett English, Lacey Newberry, Billy Wayne Tillman, Jr., Brianna Tillman and Justin Calhoun.

Born December 10, 1962, in Tifton, Georgia, he was a son of the late Donald Joseph Sinclair and Mae Marie Tillman Sinclair.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Mike Hilton.

He worked for Wal-Mart as an associate, was of the Christian faith and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his brother, Wayne Tillman and wife Gayle; sisters, Brenda Hilton and Connie English and husband Chuck; nieces and nephews, Jeff Hilton and wife Michelle, Jody Hilton and wife Kim, Greg Hilton and wife Haley, Caleb English and wife, Brittany, Brett English, Lacey English Newberry and husband Kenny, Billy Wayne Tillman, Jr. and wife Niki, Brianna Tillman, Justin Calhoun and wife Michelle; several great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family.

Flowers are being accepted or contributions in Mr. Sinclair’s memory may be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
