Terry Lee Beck

Moultrie, GA.- Terry Lee Beck, 79, of Moultrie, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at his home. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8 PM at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Born November 25, 1942, Lagrange, GA, he was the son of the late Henry Lee Beck and Pauline Haynes Beck. Mr. Beck was a Vietnam Veteran having served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with the Marine Corps Logistics Base. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, especially bird hunting, going to auctions and running bird dogs. Mr. Beck was very proud of his classic car collection and loved sharing them with other enthusiasts. While he had many joys in life, his greatest joy was always his family whom he adored. Mr. Beck was a member of Lakeside Assembly of God. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Mae Wilson Beck; siblings, Vesmar Robertson, Helen Beck Kubat and Sybil Beck. Survivors include his children, Angie Morgan and Mike of Moultrie, Timothy Lee Beck and wife Carmen of Ochlocknee, Melissa Ann Beck, and Mark Beck and wife Bonita all of Moultrie; grandchildren, Hannah Sauls and husband Terry Jr., Diann Beck, Dillon Beck, and Ashton Beck; great-grandchildren, Kylar Moxley, Nolan Beck and Sophia Johnson; brothers-in-law, Levi Wilson and Dewitt Wilson; along with several nieces, nephews and other family members.
