Tamera Lynn Peterman

Tamera Lynn Goodley Peterman, 61, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Archbold Medical Center.

          Graveside rites will be held 11:00 AM Monday, May 3, 2021 at Oak Dale Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Dudding officiating.   Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are recommended.

          The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.

          Born July 3, 1959 in Colquitt County, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas Goodley and Gladys E. Brinson Franklin.  Mrs. Peterman retired from Oxley’s Fine Foods as a cashier and was of the Baptist faith.   She loved her family and all her nieces, nephews and enjoyed being around people.  In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the beach and art.  She had a green thumb when it came to gardening and growing flowers.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Dean Raffield; sister, Debra Renee McMullen.

          Survivors include her husband, James Felton Peterman of Moultrie; sisters, Lisa Carr and husband Graeme of Victorville, CA, Jan Ward and husband Chris of Moultrie; brother, Tony Dwayne Goodley of Ontario, CA.
