Roger Franklin Dell

MOULTRIE, GA – Roger Franklin Dell, 71, of Moultrie passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Born October 28, 1952, in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Winfred Franklin Dell and Mary Smithwick Dell.  Mr. Dell loved his Lord, his wife and his children more than life itself.  He was a skilled craftsman who was always tinkering on projects like building chicken houses.  Mr. Dell enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tending to his chickens along with spending time with his canine best friend, Ziggy.  He was a member of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Casey Allen; a sister, Sue Jarvis and a brother, Ricky Dell.

Survivors include his beloved wife of almost 25 years, Gina T. Dell; children, Alicia Hayes and friend Darry, Scott Hayes, Clint Watts, Tawnya Dell, Kim Allen, Jr and wife Amanda and Ben Allen and wife Amber; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Keith Dell; sisters, Sherry Weathers and husband Rick and Gwyn Dell; his beloved dog, Ziggy; along numerous extended family members and friends.
