Vernon Spring

Robert Vernon Spring, 76, of Doerun, Georgia, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home and surrounded by his family on October 22, 2020. Vernon is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda, daughter, Leigh Doss, and granddaughter, Isabella Doss. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and member of the community. His family and friends could always count on him to brighten their days, and his sense of humor, smile, and laugh will be greatly missed. Vernon loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman throughout his life. He spent many years traveling the forests and waterways of Georgia and Florida while thoroughly enjoying every adventure. He spent his career in construction and maintenance and took pride in everything he did. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, his family will celebrate his life at a future date in his home.
