ALBANY, GA – Rickie Allen Howard, 68, of Albany, formerly of Moultrie, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Phoebe Medical Center.

Born March 25, 1954, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late James Howard and Gladys Greer Howard. Mr. Howard was an owner-operator truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed being outdoors, cleaning the yard, fishing, hunting, and he worked at Oakland Plantation for 26 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Howard, Bobby Howard, and Barry Howard.
Survivors include his wife, Wonder Paulk Howard of Albany; daughter, Tammy Denise Mitchell and William Nelson, Sr. of Arabi; step-daughter, Candi Kirby; grandchildren, Richard Lane Ray and Dezzarie Helen of Sylvester, William Nelson Mitchell, Jr. and Tracey Ann of Rebecca, Rickie Lee Mitchell of Arabi; great-grandchildren, Katlyn Alaine Ray, Kristopher Lane Ray, Emily Elaine Ray, Audrey Faith Mitchell, Adelynn Claire Mitchell; siblings, Jackie English, Sherra Craig, Shelia Lash, June Harden, Regina Horne, Randall Howard, and Chris Howard.
