MOULTRIE, GA – Otis Ray Bozeman, 82, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 19, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Herman Hampton officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive family and friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Born April 30, 1943, in Orlando, Florida, he was the son of the late Iotis “Dock” Bozeman and Gladys Eteva Duke Bozeman. Mr. Otis was a retired auctioneer and a member of Pineview Baptist Church. He loved the Lord, his family, enjoyed reading the Bible and going golfing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Ray Bozeman; brother, Gene Bozeman, half-brother, Danell Bozeman.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred Meeks Bozeman; children, Randy Bozeman, Renee Bozeman; grandchildren, Kelly Boyd, Hunter Bozeman, Karley Bozeman, Emilie Bozeman, Hayden Griffin, Aubree Griffin, Chris Bozeman and Christy Bozeman; great-grandchildren, Paisley Boyd, Camden Boyd, Raelyn Evans, Emersyn Evans, and Eastyn Evans; sisters, Carolyn Petty, Ann O’Neal and Wendy Scarborough; several other extended family members and friends.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
