Nan Perkins Faison

Nan Perkins Faison, 79, of Moultrie, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Legacy Village at Park Regency.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, June 13, 2022, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Born December 4, 1942, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late J.J. Perkins and Kathryn Powell Perkins.  Mrs. Nan retired from Framing by Craftworks as a framer and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.  She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.  Mrs. Nan liked being outdoors working in her yard, garden, and the flowerbeds.  Her favorite hobbies were needlepointing, crafts, home improvement projects, and playing Bridge.  Mrs. Nan and her late husband Mr. Jack were avid supporters of the entire Colquitt County Athletic Programs.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Jackson “Jack” Faison, Jr.

Survivors include her sons Charlie Jackson “Jack” Faison III and wife Holly of Moultrie, GA, Gregory Christopher Faison of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Makenzie Baker and husband Sam, Ashley Lawrence and husband Cecil, Josie Ricks, Emily Adams and husband Carter, Kathryn Faison, Colin Faison; great-grandchild, Sawyer Ricks, Anna Clair Lawrence, Blake Adams, Lanier Lawrence, Aidy Baker, Cager Lawrence, Charlie Adams; brother, Tommy Perkins and wife Joyce of Barnwell, S.C.; beloved Cat, Lincoln.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Georgia Sheriff Boys Ranch, 5671 Boys Ranch Road, Hahira, GA 31632.
