MOULTRIE, GA – Marvin Eugene Peters, 66, of Moultrie, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Born June 14, 1956, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Dorothy Laverne Cannon Peters of LaGrange, GA and the late Hubert Albert Peters. Mr. Marvin retired from Crane Electric as an installer of duct work and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed working on house projects, tinkering on cars and other things. Mr. Marvin liked watching tv, singing, and playing the guitar.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Cynthia Joyce Deal Peters of Moultrie; son, Michael Eugene Peters of Moultrie; grandchildren, Alexandrea Noel Peters Kearce and husband Austin, Johnethan Michael Peters; great-grandchild, Dean Micah Kearce; siblings, Charles Evon Peters and wife Rhonda of Albany, GA, Debra Darlene Peters Smith and husband William of Leesburg, GA, Wylene Peters Casey of LaGrange, GA; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
