Martha Helen Mullins Williams

Martha Helen Mullins Williams, 74, of Moultrie, died Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at her home.

          Funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, October 9, 2020 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with Mrs. Kristie Parrish officiating.  Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Cobb Funeral Chapel.  Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are recommended.

Casketbearers will be A.J. Johnson, Keith Walker, Brandon Ward, Fyedrian Godfrey, Austin Poirier.

          Born April 10, 1946 in Pound, VA, she was the daughter of the late Doc Crate Mullins and Estelle Altizer Mullins.  Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She loved her family, Jesus and Christian music.   She enjoyed being around people and she never met a stranger.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William David Williams; grandson, Devin Ryan McGee; brothers, Danny Crate “D.C.” Mullins, Roy Curtis Mullins.

          Survivors include her children, Denise Flores and husband Steve of Ringgold, GA, Davey Williams and wife LeeAnn of Beckley, WV, Michelle Poirier and husband John of Brooksville, FL, Kristie Parrish and husband Daniel of Pavo; grandchildren, Kristoffer Devine and wife Bridget, Steven Flores, Marisa Flores, Sammy Flores, Brenna Williams, Kara Tilley and husband Levi, Kimberly Johnson and fiancé  Keith Walker, Corrine Ward and husband Brandon, A.J. Johnson and wife Amy, Kallie McGee, Ivey Parrish, Austin Poirier, Dalton Poirier, Dillon Poirier; great-grandchildren, Briella Devine, Savannah Devine, Kayson Walker, Archer Tilley, Trudie Johnson; sisters, Dobbie Cook of St. Augustine, FL, Karen McIllwain and husband Kerry of Hurricane Mills, TN; brother, Ronnie Mullins and wife Ailene of Dunnellon, FL; special canine friend, Brody.
