Mark Anthony DiFranco

DOERUN, GA- Mark Anthony DiFranco, 56, of Doerun, passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2024.

The family will hold a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Poplar Arbor Church with Pastor Brian Marchant officiating. 

Born March 23, 1968, in Colquitt County, he was the son of Randy Hill and the late Patricia H. Flowers. Mark adored his family and his love for his daughter, Taylor, is legendary. She was the shining light in his life. He also adored his fur babies, affectionately known as "The Girls", Abby and Ella. He enjoyed being on "the farm", riding the mule, and helping others.  Mark was of the Baptist Faith. Mark worked as a Truck Driver for over 30 years.  He enjoyed grilling for Taylor, fishing, and watching NASCAR races. 

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Gina Marie Collier, Darren Hill, and Nicholas Hill, and his grandparents Katherine Horne, Strozier (Papa Hill) and Lorene Hill. 

Survivors include his daughter, Ashley Taylor DiFranco; his fur-babies, Abby and Ella; father, Randy Hill; cousin, Tony Poole (Sabreena), and countless friends.
