Lonnie DeLaner Cannon, 88, of Berlin, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at his home.
No formal arrangements are planned.
Born February 14, 1933 in Miller County, he was the son of the late Thad Walter Cannon and Neeley Sue McKinney Cannon. Mr. Cannon was a United States Army and Air Force Veteran and a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Church of God Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Frances Juanita Malone; brothers, Ralph Cannon and Buddy Cannon; sisters, Estelle Croft and Evelyn Kent.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Mae Walls Cannon of Berlin; sons, Jerry DeLaner Cannon of Moultrie, Buddy Shane Cannon and wife Elizabeth Ann of Norman Park; daughters, Stacey Rogers of Berlin, Roxie Hobgood and husband Darren of Berlin; nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
