Lona Faye Bell Dozier

Lona Faye Bell Dozier, 85, of Moultrie, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her home.

          Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Liberty Faith Holiness Church with Pastor Greg Roberts officiating.  Casketbearers are Chris Dunn, Keith Bell, Kevin Bell, Ryan Bell, Dalon Croft and Gary Howard.  Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at the church.  Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are recommended. 

          Born July 29, 1935 in Worth County GA, she was the daughter of the late Charlie A. Bell and Ethel Croft Bell.  Mrs. Dozier retired from Riverside as a payroll supervisor and was a member of Liberty Faith Holiness Church.  She loved her family, friends and especially children.  Mrs. Dozier was devoted church member and loved her Lord.   She traveled to Israel three time and loved visiting with friends.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Craig L. Dozier; brothers, Raymond A. Bell, Alvin Bell; sisters, Virginia Tucker, Thelma Williams and Shirley Snow.

          Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Charles E. Dozier of Moultrie; son, Charles M. Dozier and friend Suzanne of Norman Park; grandchildren, Matthew Craig Dozier and wife Hope, Alicia Dunn and husband Chris, Michael Dozier and wife Jessie, Jason Milton Dozier; great-grandchildren, Rikki Manley and husband Justin, Emily Rodriguez and husband Rick, Sara Dunn, Devin Dunn, Layla Dozier and Paxton Dozier; brothers, Dolan Bell and wife Lilly of Good Hope, GA, Charles Bell and Darrell Bell all of Berlin.
