Kevin Courtney Montonario

Moultrie, Georgia – Kevin Courtney Montonario, 67, of Moultrie, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at PruittHealth Magnolia Manor.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Trinity Baptist Church Chapel with the Reverend Nick Dawson officiating.

Born September 12, 1957, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Alfred Richard Montonario, Sr. and Marjorie Hewitt Montonario Horner.

He was a self-employed carpenter, attended Trinity Baptist Church, loved horses and enjoyed rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Raymond Horner.

Survivors include his brothers, Alfred Richard Montonario, Jr., Quentin “Craig” Montonario, several nieces, nephews and other extended family members; and devoted friend and caregiver, Tommy O’Steen. He is also survived by close friends, Dave Smith, Kathy Kelly and Susan Casey.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
