Moultrie, Georgia – Kathy Wood Richter, 73, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Archbold Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Graveside memorial rites will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Shane Smith officiating.
