Moultrie, Georgia – Karen Terriece “Terri” Cox, 65, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, November 7, 2025, at Patten Holiness Church, Thomasville, Georgia, with the Reverend Greg Player officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.

Born July 31, 1960, in Greensboro, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Wilson Taylor Phelps, and Ethel Beatrice Moore Phelps, who survives.

A dedicated homemaker, she was very crafty, making quilts and clothes, often by hand. She was a faithful member of Patten Holiness Church, loved the Lord and took every opportunity she had to witness to people and always told them “Jesus loves you.”

Survivors include her children, Starlett Fallen, Beth Schmitz and husband, Billy, Teresa Corbitt and husband, Josh and Victoria Reliford and husband, John; grandchildren, Halen Fallin, Logan Fallin, Malachi Burnsed, Elizabeth Burnsed, Geneva Burnsed and Claudia Corbitt; siblings, Janet Head, Charmion Phelps and Wilson Taylor Phelps, II and wife, Lynda; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
