MOULTRIE, GA – John Wayne Blackburn, 61, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022, at his home.
A private graveside service will be held in Live Oak Cemetery.
Born December 8, 1960, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late John Lee Blackburn, Jr. and Betty Louise Mathews Blackburn. Mr. Blackburn enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on the family farm.
Survivors include his daughter, Takayla May Blackburn; sister, Jackie Blackburn James and husband Wes of Valdosta; nephews, Shannon Lee Curles and Jessie Christopher Cox; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
