Jerri Ann Griffin Hanna

Jeri Ann Griffin Hanna, 84, of Moultrie, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at her home.

No formal services are planned at this time.

Born December 8, 1936, in Colquitt County Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James Oscar Griffin and Mildred Millhouse Marshall Griffin.  Mrs. Hanna was a self-employed bookkeeper, real estate agent and a member of 1^st Baptist Church of Moultrie.   She was an artist, enjoyed being around people and her family, and was very involved in community activities.  She was an avid golfer, loved going on the sailboat with her beloved husband Franklin and watching football and basketball games.   Mrs. Hanna was a very talented lady.  She enjoyed cooking so much she wanted to share her recipes with other, so she published her own cookbook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy D. Griffin.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Franklin Deal Hanna, Sr. of Moultrie; sons, Franklin Deal “Hank” Hanna, Jr. and wife Angela of Moultrie, Marshall Scott Hanna and wife Syndi of Culman, AL, Curtis James Hanna of Moultrie; grandchildren, Corey Michael Hanna, Holly Lynn Hanna, C.J. Hanna, II, Tylar Hanna; great-grandchild, Laiken Hanna.
