Janieve Brown King Moxley

February 10, 1928 — March 9, 2022

 Janieve Brown King Moxley, 94, of Moultrie, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Raymond Andrews officiating.    Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Jim Moxley, James Moxley, Jeff Moxley, Mark King, Luke Moxley, Robert Weldon and Cory Gay.

Born February 10, 1928, in Knoxville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Allen Brown and Hester Patterson Brown.  Mrs. Moxley retired from Agatuccis Pizza and was a member of Schley Church.   She was a loving Christian woman who loved the Lord and her family.   Mrs. Moxley enjoyed going bowling, watching baseball and sewing.   She was a member of the PTA (Parents and Teachers Association).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Moxley; sons, Bill King, Greg King, Paul King; stepson, Eugene Moxley, Jr.; two grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Judy Mannarelli and husband Bruno of Decatur, IL, Vicki King and friend Jim MacDonald of Washington, IL, Gloria Meyer and husband David of Pekin, IL, Sandi Lampe an husband Chuck of Washington, IL, Kimberly Willis and husband Greg of Doerun, GA; stepdaughter, Ginger Yarbrough and husband Danny of Missouri; sons, James Moxley of Moultrie, Mark King and wife Sharon of Aurora, IL, Jim Moxley and wife Brenda, Jeff Moxley and Connie DeMott all of Moultrie; twenty-three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and other family members.
