Moultrie, Georgia – Janice Davis Hart, 71, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026, in Moultrie, Georgia.

Born November 9, 1954, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Terry Harold Davis and the late Lois Gerneal Goss Davis.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Arlen Davis and Travis Davis; and by her loving longtime companion, Houston Amick.

Survivors include her daughters, Terri Murphy and husband, Gary and Kristie Thompson and husband, Steven; grandchildren, Tyler Pugh, Kaylee Pugh, Lyla Pugh, Michaela Brightwell, Bailey Gerrells and husband, Reise and Jacob Thompson; sisters, Cathy Davis and Gail Wright; brother, Robert Davis; uncle, James Goss and wife, Monica; sister-in-law, Angie Davis; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.

For many years, she worked as a Manager at Chico’s Boutique, enjoyed nature watching, sewing, arts and crafts, making T-shirts and photography.
