Jane Ellen Voaden Fraser

MOULTRIE, GA – Jane Ellen Voaden Fraser, 88, of Moultrie, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 28, 2023, at the First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie.  

Born July 23, 1934, in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of late Aubrey Voaden and Enid Rice Voaden.  Mrs. Fraser retired from Dekalb County School System as a secretary and was of the Presbyterian faith. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Fraser; brother, John Voaden.

Survivors include her children, Mary Norman and husband John of Moultrie, Katie Fraser of Toccoa, David Fraser of Lilburn; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; other extended family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie, Moultrie Arts Center, or any charity of personal choice.  Mrs. Jane would be so pleased to know that others received blessings in her memory.
