James Mark Johnson

James Mark Johnson, 84, of Moultrie, died Friday, January 31, 2020 at Archbold Medical Center.

          Graveside rites will be held 2:00PM Monday, February 3, 2020 at Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Dudding officiating. 

          The family will greet friends after the service at Oakdale Cemetery.

          Born August 19, 1935 in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Murray Stephen Johnson and Millie Overa Crosby Johnson.  Mr. Johnson retired from Hubbell Diecast and was a member of Oak Dale Baptist Church.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Almeda Sellers Johnson; son, Randy Devone Johnson; grandson, Mathew Randall Johnson.

          Survivors include his children, James Ricky Johnson, Belinda Johnson Thompson and Delane all of Moultrie; grandchildren, Jeremiah James Johnson, Andrew Thomas Johnson, William Delane Thompson II, John Chisolm Thompson, Miranda Johnson and Jessica Johnson; several great-grandchildren; brother, Gene Johnson of Moultrie; sister, Dora Bragg of Putney.

          Memorial contributions may be made to the Moultrie Senior Center, 17 1st Ave SW, Moultrie, 31768, GA.
