CORDELE, GA- Infant Noelle Harper Carnes, passed away November 6, 2022.
A private interment will be held in Westview Cemetery.
Noelle was the daughter of Casey Lee Carnes and Hannah Grace Willis of Cordele.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Mandy Ann Carnes.
Survivors include her parents, Casey Lee Carnes and Hannah Grace Willis both of Cordele; maternal grandmother, Melissa Willis of Ochlocknee; maternal grandfather, Jack Willis of Ochlocknee; paternal grandfather, Richard A. Carnes of Cordele; maternal great-grandmother, Sonja Jeanette Allen of Moultrie; great-aunt, Deborah Denise Hurst and husband Kenneth of Moultrie.
