Horace Jeffery Casey

Horace Casey, 63, of Moultrie, GA, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born March 20, 1958, in Moultrie, GA, he was the son of the late Jeffery David Casey and Liddie Jane West Casey.  He was a former manager at Title Max and also served as a sales associate at Fenix Auto Parts.  He greatly loved his coworkers at both places of employment. Mr. Casey was known as a fun-loving jokester who loved his family.  He was a true kid at heart.  He loved Georgia football, enjoyed playing cards, and enjoyed going to his brother and sister-in-law’s house to eat and play cards. 

In addition to parents, he was preceded in death his siblings, Johnny Casey and Gail Adams.

Survivors include his fiance’, Janet Hooper; daughter, Jennifer Lee Casey Berten and husband Steven of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; son, J. D. Casey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; grandchildren, Dylan and Ryan Simmons, Kamery Dunn, Michael Dunn, Emily Casey, David Casey; brother, Wayne Casey and wife Anita of LaGrange, GA; brother-in-law, Hershel Adams; special nieces and nephews.
