Moultrie, Georgia – Helen “Bama” Brooks Holloway 96, of Moultrie, Georgia, peacefully passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026, at her residence, while surrounded by her loving family
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 4, 202, at Funston Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating. The family is requesting that those attending to please wear the color blue, as it was Bama's favorite color.
She was laid to rest next to her husband, Fritz Holloway, at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 AM, Friday, September 4, 2026, at Funston Baptist Church.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Funston Baptist Church.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
