Frank Russell Banks Jr

Moultrie, Georgia – Frank Russell Banks, Jr., 68, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at his residence.

A service to celebrate his life is 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with Reverend Julian Griner officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the celebration of life.

Born March 17, 1957, in Bainbridge, Maryland, he was a son of the late Frank Russell Banks, Sr. and the late Muriel Dice Banks.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his sister, Cathy Renee Banks Kirkpatrick.

He was a truck driver, enjoyed meeting and talking to people, watching sports, reading books on health, grilling steak; but most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, especially his daughter. He helped care for his mother until her passing and always enjoyed taking Carly to the Georgia National Fair every year.

Survivors include his daughter, Carly Brooke Eicher and husband, Drew; sister, Carol Mathis; brother, Billy Banks; nieces and nephews, Stephen Mathis, Heidi Hancock and husband, Michael, Melissa Keen and husband, Jake, Stephanie Sumner and husband, David and Bailey Kirkpatrick, as well as other extended family.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
