Dr. Paul Franklin Morgan, 82, of Moultrie, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Archbold Memorial Hospital, with his family at his side.
Funeral services are 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Nick Dawson officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn and Shady Rest Cemetery in Franklin, Kentucky.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 3:45 PM, Tuesday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
