MOULTRIE, GA – Donna Rae Shutt Copas, 83, of Moultrie, GA, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Magnolia Manor PruittHealth of Moultrie.
A memorial service to honor Donna’s life will be held at a later date.
Born in Ohio, on January 16, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Frederick James Shutt and Regina Wilamina Loney Shutt. Her life was spent caring for others during her nursing career at Archbold Medical Center. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses – English Moultrie Congregation where she sincerely cherished her dear friends as family. She was well loved and will be sorely missed. Her favorite Bible verses were John 6:40 and 2 Chronicles 4:18 which says “While we keep our eyes, not on the things seen, but on the things unseen. For the things seen are temporary, but the things unseen are everlasting”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister.
Survivors include many loyal friends in her congregation who stood by her faithfully.
