Deana Darlene Brown Strickland, 69, of Moultrie, died Saturday, October 2, 2021 at her home.

Services will be private.

Born August 25, 1952 in Hillsborough County, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Amos Leroy Brown and Mary Agnes Green Brown.  She was a retired lab technician with Riverside Manufacturing.  She enjoyed swimming, spending time with her grandchildren and took great pride in keeping a clean house.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe Brown, Clemon Brown and Leo Brown.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Wade Strickland of Moultrie; one son, David Faulk, Sr. and fiancée Dona Pinion of Moultrie; a step-son, Kenneth Wade Strickland, Jr. and wife Melissa of Ohio; a brother, Rev. Edwin Brown and wife Sheila of Gainesville, Fla.; five grandchildren, David Faulk, Jr., Keith Strickland, Jr., Alex Wilson and wife Ember, Joshua Wilson and Tina Lowery and husband Michael; three great-grandchildren, Timothy Wilson, Douglas Wilson and Catalina Wilson.
