MOULTRIE, GA – David Dewayne Hembree, 67, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, March 20, 2023 in Liberty Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Danny Smith officiating.
Born September 4, 1955, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Montine Rogers Hembree of Moultrie and the late Richard Francis Hembree, Jr. David was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. He loved his family, enjoyed being with his friends who were always there to help him. David enjoyed growing roses and hunting.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jan Sutton.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his sister, Amy Hembree of Tallahassee, FL; nephews, Ben Sutton and Jared Jaskolski; niece, Jenni Jaskolski.
