Darren Hobgood, II

Christopher Darren Hobgood II, 32, of Berlin, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 PM Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Born September 14, 1988, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Christopher Darren Hobgood and Dawn Miller Hobgood of Berlin.  Darren was a Forman for RPI Underground Utilities.    He loved his family and enjoyed traveling with them.  He like spending time in the outdoors and working in his yard.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Emily Miller; paternal grandfather, Cecil Hobgood.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Roxie Cannon Hobgood of Berlin; children, Hayden Hobgood, Khloe Hobgood and Kyson Hobgood; sister, Megan Hobgood and fiancé Carlos Contreras of Moultrie; nephews, Adrian Contreras, Sebastian Contreras; much appreciated friend and employer, Kenny Thatcher; and other family members.
