Charles Roy Rackley, 56, of Moultrie, died Monday, July 27, 2020 a Pruitt Health-Sunrise.
No formal services are planned.
Born May 12, 1964 in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Charles Rackley and Mary Jean Sapp Rackley. He was a maintenance worker at Rackley Nursery and was of the Baptist faith. His family remembers how he loved his family, was an avid fisherman and country boy at heart.
Survivors include his sister, Rachele Turpin and husband Renny of Hahira.
