TALLAHASSEE, FL – Carles LeRoy Holt, 75, of Tallahassee passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, at his residence.
A private family service will be held. Interment will be in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Born September 17, 1948, in California, he was the son of the late Carles Anthony Holt and Lois LaRue Cox Holt. Mr. Holt loved to surf from a young age and eventually became a lifeguard to spend more time near the water. He was an Army veteran having served his country faithfully during the Vietnam War. Mr. Holt enjoyed helping others and built a career in law enforcement as a Police Officer. He enjoyed riding Harley motorcycles and driving his bright orange Road Runner.
Survivors include his daughter, Monica Holt; fur-baby, Lilly; grandfur-babies, Clover and Frankie; special friends, Christy and John Newland; along with a number of extended family friends and family.
