Jesup, Georgia – Candace Lea Barker-Holt, 46, of Jesup, Georgia, formerly of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 23 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Keith Lairsey and Reverend Stephan Massey officiating. Interment will be at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 until 1:45 PM, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
