Brenda Marylen Williamson

Prattville, AL – Brenda Marylen Williamson, 79, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at her home in Prattville, Alabama. She devoted her entire life to the unconditional love and care of her family.

Her graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Buck Creek Cemetery.

Born June 28, 1945, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Madis Idona Tillman and Homer Bascom Tillman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her partner, Charles Holton; her husband(s), Richard Lavon Williamson, Billy Hugh Henderson; and her siblings, L.C. Tillman, Herman Tillman, Aaron Tillman, Elizabeth Tillman, Alan Tillman, Jerry Tillman.

Survivors include her daughter, Becky Henderson Akin of Marion, Indiana and husband Chris; son, Richard Lavon Williamson, Jr. of Prattville, Alabama and wife Sharon; grandchildren Ryan Williamson, Caitlin Williamson and husband Omar, Sean Akin and wife Olivia, Kristina Kass and husband Nicolas, Victorya Williamson-Painter and husband Scooter, Nicole Akin; and siblings, Roger Tillman, Steve Tillman.
