Brenda Kay McDaniel Gailey

PAVO, GA – Brenda Kay McDaniel Gailey, 70, of Pavo, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023, at her home.

A gravesides service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Lebanon Cemetery in Pavo, with the Reverend Randy Blow and the Reverend Olen Cain officiating. 

Born January 24, 1953 in Pavo, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Junior McDaniel and Sybil Johnson McDaniel.  Mrs. Brenda was a homemaker and a member of Okapilco Baptist Church.   She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great-grandchild, Lakelyn Goforth.

Survivors include her husband, Stanley Gailey of Pavo, GA; children, Stacey Broadway and husband Travis of Pavo, GA, Stan Gailey and wife Diana of Cotton, Georgia; grandchildren, Jordan Gailey and partner Trey Morrell, Riley Broadway, Kasey Goforth and husband Timothy Goforth; great-grandchild, Lilly Morrell; brother, Carroll McDaniel and wife Arelia of Pavo, GA; sister, Gayle Suber of Thomasville, GA; canine companion, Skippy.
