MOULTRIE. GA, William “Bill” Randall Seay, 83, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022, at Magnolia Manor.
Per his wishes, no formal services are planned.
Born March 11, 1939, in Funston, Georgia, he was the son of the late Jack S. Seay and Dorothy Hall Seay Perkins. Mr. Seay attended Norman College, GSU and Mercer University before attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He served others as a Minister of Music at Riverdale 1st Baptist Church in Atlanta before retiring to Moultrie. Mr. Seay was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Leanne Seay.
Survivors include his daughters, Sheryl Suzanne Dippel and husband Daniel and Ava Carolanne Browning and husband Kris, all of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Ashley Dippel, Tyler Dippel, Bailey Browning and Colt Browning; and 2 great-grandchildren.
