Betty Wiggins Tauber

Betty Wiggins Tauber, 88, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Moultrie. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born March 6, 1934, in Funston, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Wiggins and Thelma Lou Logue Wiggins. She was a retired secretary. She was a member First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie. Mrs. Tauber cherished her family and family gatherings.  She enjoyed reading and loved all animals, especially her dogs Buddy, Lilly, and Rascal.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Tauber; brothers, Darrell Wiggins and Ted Wiggins.

Survivors include her children, Victor Dobbs and Carolyn of Moultrie, Michael Dobbs and Marilyn of Pebble Beach, CA, Sandy DeVries and Bill of Charlotte, NC, Dennis Tauber and Belinda of Davenport, FL; grandchildren, Christopher Dobbs and Olaya, Kara Elrod, Brianna Dobbs, Amber Clawson and James, Lance Greene and Laiza Solorzan, Amy Devereux and William, Matthew DeVries and Lisa, Joseph Tauber, and Christopher Tauber; nine beloved great-grandchildren.
