Betty Stephens Folds

Betty Jean Stephens Folds, 82, of Moultrie, died Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mark Jordan officiating. The Senior Men’s Sunday School Class will serve as honorary casketbearers. Born February 27, 1938, in Sylvester, GA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Edward Stephens and Mable Gertrude Walters Stephens. She was an active member of Rose of Sharon Baptist Church. She was a beautiful loving lady who was always willing to help those in need. Sewing, crocheting, camping, and hiking were hobbies that she enjoyed. Survivors include daughters Teresa Flannigan and husband Marcus Del and Patricia Folds Redfearn and husband Danny, both of Moultrie; sister, Maurene Bledsoe and husband Gerald of Moultrie; grandchildren, Daniel Redfearn and wife Brittany, Stephen Redfearn, Matthew Flannigan; great grandchildren, Dylan Redfearn, Skylar Redfearn, Alexis Torres, Colton Redfearn, Lalah Redfearn, and Haley Redfearn; great-great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Bennett and Ryleigh Cook; special friends, Frances Hampton, Rebecca Hampton, Baileigh Douglas, and Dylan Ziegler; several nieces and nephews.
