Bernice Jeannette White Ellinburg, 85, of Quitman, GA passed away on March 25, 2021, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.
A private family graveside service will be held at Oak Dale Cemetery in Quitman, GA with Reverend Brett Ellinburg officiating.
Born March 24, 1936, in Worth County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Steve White and Millie Suggs White. Mrs. Ellinburg was the owner and operator of Bernice Fashions in Moultrie for years. She was avid Braves fan and enjoyed watching television. She was a loving mother who held her family near and dear to her heart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Jones Ellinburg, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Tommy Ellinburg and wife Patti of Quitman; grandchildren, Reverend Brett Ellinburg and wife Catherine, Chase Ellinburg and wife Elizabeth, Marla Ellinburg Rhudy and husband Joshua; great-grandchildren Natalie Ellinburg, Jonathan Ellinburg, Amelia Ellinburg, Bailey Ellinburg, and another to be born soon; sisters, Annette Paramore and Peggy Blalock of Poulan, Ga.
