Arlie Jefferson Pate, Jr.

Arlie Jefferson Pate, Jr., 65, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Southwest Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born July 6, 1956, in Colquitt County Georgia, he was the son of the late Arlie Jefferson Pate, Sr. and Betty Elizabeth Plymel Pate.  Mr. Pate retired as a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith.  He loved his entire family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Sue Cannon Pate of Moultrie; children, Tonya Brown of Valdosta, Glen Pate of Moultrie; grandchildren, Raven Sutton, Macey Brown, Alex Pate, Kayleigh Pate, Morgan Pate, and Lacey Pate; great-grandchildren, Scarlett Hester, Chandler Pate, A.J. Pate, Kadence Pate and Addie Pate; brother, Richard A. Pate and wife Donna of Moultrie; sisters, Sharon Baird and husband Billy of Doerun, Brenda Woods of Thomasville.
